Payment & Currency Information
Paying by credit card saves any currency exchange surcharge being incurred.
When a credit card transaction is made it is charged in the Country where the order is being processed ie. United Kingdom, currency - Pounds Sterling. The amount charged to your account by your credit card company will be calculated from the exchange rate between GP Pounds and the currency of your Country on the day. Although exchange rates change by the minute most major world currencies only fluctuate by small amounts unless an unusual event occurs. Please check with your card supplier if you are concerned about charging from overseas. Most credit card companies do not make a charge for exchanging currency.
We only process credit card payments immediately prior to shipping.
Paying by cheque in a currency other than Sterling will incur an exchange surcharge of £10.00.
We only charge for actual goods sent, in the unlikely event we are unable to supply as per your order you will be notified immediately upon receipt.
Importing
Goods purchased outside your country are imports and therefore may be liable for duty, however this does not imply that duties are payable on every importation. Christel labels all packages with a customs declaration appropiate to their destination.
