Should any of the goods ordered not meet with your satisfaction please return them unworn and sealed in the original packaging within 10 days of receipt.
Due to hygiene restrictions we cannot accept returned goods that have been worn unless there is a verifiable manufacturing fault (we are able to identify), replacement of any faulty goods will be dispatched immediately or a refund given as you require.
All goods must be checked on receipt and Christel notified of any problems before any goods are returned. We cannot accept any liability for any goods posted by our customers which are damaged or lost in transit.
